You can delete your account yourself, from the app or the web — no email or support request needed:
Deletion is immediate and permanent. It cannot be undone.
A subscription you pay for on the web or on Android is canceled automatically when you delete your account. A subscription bought through the App Store is billed by Apple and is not canceled by deleting your account — cancel it on your iPhone first: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → ParentCareHQ → Cancel.
Billing and payment records held by our payment processors (Stripe and Apple), which they keep for tax and accounting. Copies in our database backups, which are kept for 7 days and then overwritten.
You can also delete specific data and keep your account: every record in ParentCareHQ — medications, appointments, documents, notes, messages, bills, uploaded files — can be deleted individually from its module, and an entire care profile can be removed on its own (open the profile, choose Edit, then Delete profile). Deleting a single record is immediate; the care profile's activity history keeps a note of the change until the profile itself is deleted. Deleting a profile removes its files and its activity history too.
If you can no longer access your account (forgotten email, lost access to your sign-in provider), contact support@parentcarehq.com from any email address and we will verify your identity and delete the account for you.
